Ratings and reviews

Unreliable. Huge delay in both picture and sound, often freezes or simply won't work. We have medically complex twins who may need attention right away, but I can't trust that the app won't crash while I'm sleep or if the wifi goes down. Not having a dedicated monitor means having to use my personal cell phone. We hade to use an old cell phone as the monitor, and for how expensive this is, that's annoying. The ONLY benefit is the 2 camera feature so that we can monitor both of our twins

The camera performs adequately, but it falls short of my expectations for a premium product. Alokg with video quality, a significant oversight is the lack of features for downloading videos to your phone. We've captured several milestones on camera, yet it's frustrating that it's not possible to download these moments. Additionally, while the camera offers high resolution, it surprisingly does not allow zooming unless it's in live view mode. This product requires some serious improvements.

This app used to be perfect. Not sure if it was the last update or what but now whenever I look at my son thru the camera, it works for about 5 seconds and then freezes. Then I have to close out of the app and re-open it. And repeat, repeat, repeat. Editing from 2 stars down to 1. This app has gotten worse since my last edit. Just a spinning wheel for the camera even tho my wi-fi is super quick.
