I have ambivalent feelings about this app and camera. As others mentioned, there seem to be some stability issues with the connection, and without an extra subscription, the camera and equipment are grossly overpriced for what they can do. The app itself has some really odd user interface decisions. For example, you can only start breathing/activity tracking from the main screen, but to turn on background noise, you need to go into video full screen mode. It just makes it very inconsistent and inconvenient to use. Overall, the ability to track breathing and movement can provide quite a bit peace of mind. Update: It has happened quite a number of times that the video feed of tha app won't load on some of our devices [on the same network] but on others it will. This level of unreliability for a subscription app that has an important function is not acceptable.

Fancy but unreliable. The hardware itself is the rolls royce of babycams. clear image, good night visibility, no disruptions. The app however is so poorly working that the whole point of such a device is embarrassingly missed. The notifications, next to unchanged phone settings, would sometimes work as expected - and sometimes wouldnt sound at all. More often than not I would get the notification when Im already in my kids room halfway through a feeding - 20 min late. You cant sleep using it..

I am rating the APP, not the product, 5 stars. The app works as expected, All the features I use work seamlessly. The only glitches I have are when I walk in my house in one spot and the Wi-Fi extender area changes, I exit and reenter the app to unfreeze the screen. I can easily switch between 2 cameras (in 2 homes), and I use the app on 3 devices (2 Samsung phones and a Samsung tablet). The video stream is super clear and the sound is reliable. The cost of all the add ons is disappointing.
