Worked exactly as advertised without issue. Only reason for not rating 5 stars is the service fee which was quite high compared to the price of the storage itself.

Advertising a bit mendacious to say the least: "from €2.50 a day", well minimum was in fact a handbag at €3.70 (50% more) while a backpack was €4.95 (double) and no one mentioned the compulsory 30% surcharge for "insurance". So I wound up paying €14 for two backpacks for 4 hours - 3 times the expected for two bags at about the advertised rate. If the left luggage at the station had been working correctly, no way would I have paid, but they had me over a barrel.

The app never accepted my mobile number although I entered correctly my country code. I contacted their customer service but they were extremely slow. After an hour, they finally created my profile by themselves with a temporary password. Once everything was done, it was an issue with the payment (system error). I have 2hrs with them... I looked for an alternative and found their competitor "bagbnb" and it worked in less than 5min for a cheaper price.
