This application is dedicated to my special friends at www.vasantham.org
We have created this application to make people with autism, cerebral palsy, dyslexia, intellectual disability and other special needs to communicate easily.
App has been designed with inputs from speech & language pathologists.
On installation of the application, two launcher icons would be installed.
A) Easy Communication - This is to be used by person with special needs.
1. Activities listed - Hungry(eating), Thirsty(Drinking), Sleep, Washroom, Yes and No
2. by default, a picture describing the activity will be displayed.
3. On click of the picture, a voice over would explain the need.
B) EC Settings - This is to be used by Parents or Adult who would like to "Personalize " the app for the special person.
Picture and Audio Setting
1. Picture for the activity can be personalized - Take a new picture or Use existing one from Gallery
2. Audio sound can be personalized - Kids voice can be recorded or Parents voice - NO LANGUAGE BARRIER - any language can be recorded and can be played back.
3. All SIX activities can be personalized.
4. In case if you would like to change Picture or Audio - Can click or record as many times as required.
SMS and Call Setting
1. You can input the Name of the person whom the number belongs to
2. You can enter the mobile number of the person whom you would like to be informed by SMS or Call
3. SMS and Call CheckBox would enable or disable the feature

android.permission.CAMERA" - To ensure you can customize your own picture
android:name="android.permission.CAPTURE_AUDIO_OUTPUT" - To ensure you can customize the Audio
android:name="android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO" - To ensure you can customize the Audio
android:name="android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" - To ensure you can create audio and picture file
android:name="android.permission.CALL_PHONE" - - To ensure the person with special needs can call you or the number provided
android:name="android.permission.SEND_SMS" - To ensure your person with special needs can send SMS on the need"
