Having this app functioning properly is way more convenient than visiting the branch and waiting long hours. The only problem is I am unable to create a second account and keep getting a "User already registered" message. Under Transaction History where it says "Your Actual Balance", it's showing the wrong figure.

The customer service never responds. More than a month, I am still onwait. There is no way to track your progress. The app says this account exists, but when i try to register on app, it shows "invalid Customer".

I was able to open the account digitally after a few follow ups. BUT no option to submit zakat exemption in the app. Mashrek bank has made the process so easy not only can you submit the declaration through the app but they also provide the declaration for 1000 rs. So you just click an option in the app and you can claim zakat exemption. That make the qhole process digital. In national savings you have to visit the branch for zakat exemption submission which defies the digital opening process.
