I tried to reach out many times but couldn't get any responce. I signed up my account few months ago when i got otp and opened msg box and again came back to app, page was disappear. Now i tried many times to resume my application but it shows that your number is linked with another account. tried many times but same issue. also emailed on given address many times but no response. really pathetic

I was able to open the account digitally after a few follow ups. BUT no option to submit zakat exemption in the app. Mashrek bank has made the process so easy not only can you submit the declaration through the app but they also provide the declaration for 1000 rs. So you just click an option in the app and you can claim zakat exemption. That make the qhole process digital. In national savings you have to visit the branch for zakat exemption submission which defies the digital opening process.

One of the worse banking app I have ever seen. It doesn't accept PDF so you have to convert your fill format to JPG and once you do that it would tell you that fille size is large and it would be just 600KB so you have compress your fille again and it would effect the picture quality then they would tell you to upload clear photo and it's not possible as of size limitations. And at the end they would tell that you have exceeded maximum number of attempts. it's been a headache not a user friendly
