I sent some money through this app. my account was debited but recipient didn't receive the amount. trying to lodge complaint from the last 6 day through the but message appears that ' unable to process this time, try again later, while telephone number fixed for lodging complaint about app. is also not working, sent email, tried to contact head office no body is bothering to answer

Having this app functioning properly is way more convenient than visiting the branch and waiting long hours. The only problem is I am unable to create a second account and keep getting a "User already registered" message. Under Transaction History where it says "Your Actual Balance", it's showing the wrong figure.

Account Statement feature doesn't work. It always says 'Please register an email' even after updating email from the bank. Moreover, you can only send 20K in 1 transaction even after increasing the limit from settings.
