I installed the app and tried to open a digital account. After filling all the mandatory fields I got a sms and an email that it will be reviewed. After 1 day although I didn't get any message from them I tried to signup and found that they have my info and I HAVE TO VISIT THE BRANCH FOR BIOMETRIC. I have used many other banks' mobile applications and all of them have realtime biometric feature in their app. This should be fixed by the team otherwise it will kill the purpose of digital account.

My 1st time I downloaded the app and opened it. I got an error that developer options are on. I turned it OFF returned to app and it crashed. 2nd time opened the app it gave me an error that the app can't be used due to security concerns (i#s901) even thought it's original phone unmodified and I use other banking apps regularly. What in the name of incompetency/Nepotism is this?!

So called Digital app. It's now more than 8 months they're not offering digital prize bonds. Actually they are still safeguarding prize bonds MAFIA and black market of prize bonds.
