most of the time it needs the password, it won't work with the PIN or biometrics, really annoying, customer never wants to key-in the password always if they do so, they never use the other options to login, Also while app is crashing in logins it showing unnecessary app crach error notifications Which customer doesn't want, and they check on In-app notifications in a better way. Nation Trust Bank can do better than this.

Update Bug Report: In the budgeting feature, the transactions are automatically categorized. However when I change the transaction category, for example a purchase that was automatically categorized as supermarket, was changed to dining category, when i do that the transaction is recorded repeatedly until budget becomes full This only happens in 'Budget' option and the transactions are recorded correctly under *Transactions'

would be excellent if you could integrate Google Pay ( one competitive bank had already done ). I just started using that other bank because its so convenient to carry just the phone or just tapping the android watch for purchase.
