Ratings and reviews

The new app is a trash can full of garbage!!! They tried to make it UI friendly but they have NOT given priority to anything else! It's sooo annoying. I can't even log into my frimi app. It doesn't load. I have to keep reinstalling. Honestly if y'all don't fix your app, I'm going to switch to another bank. I started using frimi for it's convenience. It's not CONVENIENT ANYMOREE!!!

Best Online banking app I've ever used so far. I didn't use every functionalities but so far no errors or bugs happened for me. UI is best but still encourage design team and devs to implement it with modern look. Update: Devs actually made the biggest UI change for this app. Its smooth and takes no more than seconds to do a tasks. Better than any other banking app. Hope they will keep update this.

Wont recomend this app. Absolutely useless even before I started using this app, there were splenty of issues. I registered on 14th August. Every other day I call the support, they say that there were IT issues in registering the app. If this much errors are there before registration, I could imagine how many errors there would be after using the app
