Ratings and reviews

Really disappointed with FRiMi’s customer service. I completed my video verification and was told my profile would be activated within 2 to 3 business days. It’s now been a month and there’s still no activation. I called customer care after 3 weeks and was given the same response to wait another 2 to 3 business days. Still nothing. Very frustrating and honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

Cannot even create an account. The app keeps throwing a 'runtime error' and 'network error' during the sign-up process. My internet speed is perfectly fine and fast, so this is definitely an issue with the app or the servers, not my connection. Please fix this bug

Its disappointing how they keep downgrading this app. previous i was able to topup my frimi account from my PFC account directly from the "Add Money" feature. now they have removed it and i have to send service requests to the bank everytime i want to topup my account. it seems the bank has abandoned this app. though i have been a loyal early user of frimi as my primary bank account for years, i am seriously considering a switch to another bank.
