Ratings and reviews

Very information rich and easy to navigate. Makes buying in bulk for small restaurants (or makeshift emergency food pantries in the case of a pandemic) a cinch. Unpredictable delivery windows need to be wrangled to help less knowledgeable and new bulk buyers navigate the app and service. Nice overall layout and functionally sound tho!!

I love this company. The app is so easy yo use and what they send me is so wonderful...beautiful, special, perfect fruits, veggies and goodies like amazing cheeses. You gotta try it.

Food is good but their delivery people are incredibly lazy and customer support people lie to you on the phone. I got an order delivered without any phone calls or notice, was left in lobby UNREFRIGERATED and spilled everywhere instead of in front of my apartment door as promised, then to add a cherry on top the customer service person lied to me on the phone because I received neither a refund nor my order resent. Go with Fresh Direct. At least your grocery won't be unsafe.
