The nutrition values for extensive nutrients, including nine essential amino acids, a wide range of vitamins and minerals, are provided. Numeric and graphical data shows the percentage of the nutrition value compared to the daily recommended value set by US FDA (United State Food and Drug Administration).

The concentrations of salt and sugar are provided on summary tab. Also shown on the tab is caffeine and unsaturated fat in the meal, user selected. The nutrition values for immune boosters are shown on the summary tab.

The cool feature of the app is that one can get balanced meals daily or weekly. Details of how to balance your meals are found in the tutorial clip on Youtube.
