Pretty handy app and critical for me during the fire season to keep across what's happening. UPDATE:The map layer that shows wind strength and direction has stopped working. Used to work. For fires, you can quickly get an idea of the direction of fire spread with this layer, so it's not good that it's gone missing in the peak of summer.

Jeez, this would be a life saving app if it actually adhered to your notification restrictions. Getting 80+ notifications a day for "community notices" and other things that are toggled OFF means I'm never actually concerned enough to check the notifications. I don't need 12 updates per day that it's STILL a heat wave. I want to be able to filter out events that are under control or resolved too, and if an event is resolved before you've clicked on it, it should clear itself to avoid confusion

I have just installed this app but I cannot use it as it is stuck on requesting GPS access. We are actively being encouraged to download this app due to the bushfire threat today, however, for a few users, we are unable to move past the permission requests. I'm not the first to complain about this and it is disappointing that no one has resolved the issue.
