Ratings and reviews

Where's the data? At first when I synced I was able to see charts for battery, solar, output, etc. Now nothing. All the app is good for is to see what the current wattage output is and whether it's charging. You can't see battery level when it's charging or how much energy is coming in, just that it's charging. If you're looking for anything else, forget it. The app is useless because it doesn't give you anything more than the display on the generator. App needs more functionality.

A useful app - - - when it works. But, most of the time it either fails to connect or synchronize data. It goes for days without recording any data. I've tried both the Apple and Android versions with the same results. Now I get failure messages in some oriental language each time it crashes. If I had to describe this app in one word it would be "frustrating".

Sadly, the app doesn't connect anymore after the newest update. it worked previously almost every time until this latest update. The app doesn't even fit properly onto my phone anymore, as it grows beyond the whole screen and into my virtual buttons. Phone: Samsung S24(currently). 2 stars because the customer service is outstanding. However, the development engineers behind the software is a little slow on the uptake.
