Navarre offers a one-time "Watch from anywhere" unlock (19.99 US dollars founding, 29.99 list, never a subscription). In this version, away-from-home watching runs on the Navarre Android phone app. On Android TV, Navarre plays from your home network. You can learn about and buy the unlock, then use it on your phone when you are out.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
- Nothing leaves your home unless you turn remote access on, on the Windows PC that runs your server.
- Your video streams directly from your server to your TV. It never passes through Navarre, and we never see what you watch.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Your own Jellyfin server on your network, the self-hosted media server that holds your library. The Navarre app for Windows connects to it and manages sharing and remote access.
- An Android TV or Google TV device on the same network as your server.
