Everything moves to one place. Your appointments, your readings, your questions, and the people helping you. You don't need five logins and you don't need to explain yourself twice.
After the baby comes, we're still here
Most support stops around six weeks. Yours doesn't. Your journey keeps going for a full year after birth, with check-ins that make sense for where you actually are.
What you can do
• Track your blood pressure, weight, and how you're feeling
• Follow a week-by-week journey through pregnancy and your first year after
• Read straight answers, written and reviewed by clinicians
• Message your care team
• Check symptoms and find out whether something needs attention now
• Keep your baby's feeding, sleep, and milestones in one place
• Add your partner, your mom, your best friend, whoever actually shows up for you, so they can follow along and help
Screenings that go somewhere
You can complete short, well-established check-ins about how you're doing emotionally, and about things like food, housing, and transportation. If something comes back concerning, we connect you with real resources and help you get to the right person. NavigateHER doesn't diagnose or treat. Your clinician does that. We make sure you're not sitting with it alone.
Devices and supplies
If you're in an area we cover and your provider orders them, we handle getting your blood pressure cuff, scale, and other supplies to you, including the billing and the paperwork. If we're not in your area yet, the app is still free and you can join the waitlist.

NavigateHER is free. There's no subscription.

NavigateHER is not for emergencies. If you're having a medical emergency, call 911. This app supports your care. It does not replace your doctor, midwife, or nurse.
