Ratings and reviews

With the old app, I used to do transactions in minutes. This new version has crashed several times. It won't let me login. It jammed more than 8 times in the past two days when I was attempting a credit card payment. Not sure behind the logic of creating a new app but it is certainly not working. I am also unable to do anything through the website. It should have been tested more extensively before disabling the old one and releasing this.

Once I updated my Google pixel 7 into Android 16, I was unable to access the application, I tried to contact the call center agent for help but they did not provide any useful solution to my problem. I hope this issue will be fixed by the developer very soon as I rely heavily on the application to perform bank transactions.

After updating my Google Pixel 6 Pro operating system to the Android 16 , the NBB Digital Banking application has stopped functioning. Upon launching the app, it automatically redirects to my web browser and displays an error message stating, 'NBB Bank app doesn't support rooted devices.' This has prevented me from performing any banking transactions, and the NBB customer service team was unable to provide a solution.
