Ratings and reviews

With the old app, I used to do transactions in minutes. This new version has crashed several times. It won't let me login. It jammed more than 8 times in the past two days when I was attempting a credit card payment. Not sure behind the logic of creating a new app but it is certainly not working. I am also unable to do anything through the website. It should have been tested more extensively before disabling the old one and releasing this.

The application has been downloaded and now I have a yellow version which has no option except for viewing your current balance. It's not even like the pictures which your are showing in the play store. Also the footer of the app is hitting the back button in android which makes it very difficult to navigate between the tabs

Once I updated my Google pixel 7 into Android 16, I was unable to access the application, I tried to contact the call center agent for help but they did not provide any useful solution to my problem. I hope this issue will be fixed by the developer very soon as I rely heavily on the application to perform bank transactions.
