This is NBCUniversal TV Everywhere support. The app needs user’s permission to store your login state on your device to keep you signed in. Please read! PAID TV SERVICE IS NEEDED TO WATCH EPISODES. If an app allowed free access to all episodes this could be a copyright issue. Also, people would stop paying for service through cable and that would be counterproductive since money is necessary to run a network.( no money, no network )
So annoying!! They need to have a scene selection option because if you accidentally exit the episode or it gets disconnected from the viewing device then you have to watch it all over again from the beginning because it won't let you fast forward & then you also have to watch the same horrible commercials over & over again. Beyond frustrating, especially when you're just trying to relax & watch some tv at the end of the day.

Thank you. I like this app however it does buffer a lot even when connected to wi-fi but at least i can still watch the shows i missed from my regular tv provider!!!

I can't touch my phone the whole time I'm watching an episode or it will restart and not let me fast forward. The only reason I haven't uninstalled it is because I want to be able to watch my one show.
It's good, but it does not have all of Season 13 episodes of KKWTK, which is upsetting because I've been waiting for the summer just to catch up with this season. It only has the last 5 aired episodes.

This app keeps closing Everytime I install it and then try to uninstall it to try to get it to work and it still doesn't work...please fix this issue!!

There is no point in downloading an app and not being able to watch the shows unless there is wifi. Ridiculous. I'd like to use the data I pay for how I choose.

Networks first scripted TV series I'm kind of shocked. I bought the first 2 seasons on DVD I have that much faith in it. Once season 3 of The Royals is added I will update my review. BTW if you don't have a cable provider please do not rate this app 1 star. When you expect the network to give you the show for free just because you download an app, it makes you sound extremely ignorant. Get a cable provider and sign in. Very simple.

We are frequently adding new series and episodes to the app, so please continue to check back to see if your show has been added. If i had a cable provider then i wouldnt need this app. I downloaded it so i could watch shows that i cant watch through my local stations....needless to say this app didnt last 5 minutes on my phone....
I like it but I should not have to sign in just to watch full episodes
You can watch any of the show without having a TV provider. Most of us do not have a TV provider that's why we download app.. Need to, install a setting for those we don't have TV provider.
Was great until it started buffering and everything is off. I can't watch a show when the talking doesn't match when people are actually talking please fix!!!

Need to update the app cuz most people don't have to have a TV provider
You have to have a tv provider to watch anything on this ap.

Thanks so much for your feedback and support! -- NBCU TV Everywhere Support. Had to download this app on my tablet, tried tried and tried again with my roku to get the app to work and would tell me my password failed. When all of the other apps worked fine.
I would like it if it would let me sign into my provider!! It just stays on the screen that says sending you to your provider! Then does nothing.
No video No matter what video I try to watch, it says Video is currently unavailable... I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times..Any tips to make this work?!?

The functionality of the app is great, but it would be better if it were possible to cast video onto my android TV (or if the app was available for android TV - even better!)
Tried watching my show. It annoyingly keeps buffering. Also not sure if show is suppose to be HD cause bad quality.
