Despite entering all required information in steps 1,2 CNIC is not uploaded in step 3 and creation of account is pending? can't understand the reason? However the issue later resolved due to using back option and uploading information from step 1.

My account is not opening through app in my Huwawei Y9 prime. While trying to open its shows incorrect prompt error on the screen, While on the other hand its working fine on web & other handset/mobiles. Please provide the update compatible for my Huwawei y9 prime.
