had the same issue about 4 or more times where I try to scan the QR code or even input the bar code number and it tells me "the minimum checkin amount is $1". but my orders are always over $20. and the only fix the restaurant offers is for me to go back with my receipt and have them try to manually add it and if they can't they'llhave to email their marketing team. they also would not provide me that email. this is a major inconvenience!!!! defeats the whole purpose of this app!!!!

After filling out my order for 4 people, I put the app in the background for 2 minutes, and when I returned, my order info was lost and I had to start over. When I did enter my credit card and order, there was no confirmation screen, just a blank screen. I only knew that the order went through when I got a text message. Finally, when I entered a promo code for free delivery before ordering, I was told it was invalid. When I entered it at the final checkout step, it was valid.

The last time we ate at Islands, I went to the app to see how many points we already had. I got notice that there was an update to the app, and so I followed the directions to update. The app asked if I wanted to migrate my data from the earlier version. But, when I enter my email and phone number, I get a response that says that the phone number and email has already been taken, Well, duh !!! Any suggestions to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated.
