NDNavigator helps organisations and individuals better understand workplace needs by using privacy-conscious digital biomarkers collected through everyday smartphone interactions. These behavioural signals—such as typing rhythm, motion patterns, eye-movement indicators, and interaction styles—provide insights that can support conversations about work preferences, accessibility, and wellbeing.

The app also includes the neurodiversity adjustments report, a structured tool that highlights a person’s strengths, achievements, and ideal working conditions. Without asking about diagnoses or medical history, it helps create more inclusive environments and improves communication between employees, candidates, and employers.

NDNavigator is developed in collaboration with behavioural scientists, clinicians, and industry partners to ensure it is safe, ethical, and supportive. It is not a diagnostic tool; instead, it offers data-driven insights that can complement HR processes, encourage self-reflection, and promote more equitable workplaces.
