Bulky and terribly slow. Every time after switched to another page, it goes in loading and nothing can be clicked in those few minutes. Sometimes the loading never ended (especially in the shopping cart) and had to kill the app. It's completely a waste of time...

very slow and lagging on every page. It takes ages to choose a product and in last once you go to the cart then go back for other products it will clear the cart and redo everything. That will make you feel you can walk to nearby Watson and buy it all 😆 Hope they fix it. I've seen this app like this only for the last 1 year no improvement

It's been over 8 days since I ordered my items and still no word nor even an estimate of my items. My taobao items which slowly traveled all the way across China has arrived a couple days earlier despite my ordering it later than the items here from Watsons. Even my Amazon order that is coming from the States is arriving faster! This is unacceptable. Already sent an enquiry and zero response. The app is not great nor is the shopping experience. I likely will never use this again.
