required.
● Review coverage: See what’s covered and how close you are to meeting your deductible and out-of-pocket limits.

● Get help fast: Message support directly from the app - even from a claim
screen. Your claim information will be included automatically.

Ratings and reviews

It's 4/4/26 and this has not changed. And the site has some real problems. What's the fix? So far it's zero stars because I, too, can't get past the settings issue. My developer options are not enabled and yet I can't get past the app crashing. I have NEVER encountered an app with this problem. Please stop telling people to disable developer options and fix this, it's clearly the #1 complaint.

If you're having trouble logging in, check your phone's accessibility settings—disabling a restriction mode resolved the issue for me right away. ​Once in, the app is fantastic. It’s well-designed and super easy to navigate. Having immediate access to my deductible, ID card, and claims on the main screen is incredibly convenient. Great job!

terrible this app keeps crashing it takes more than one place to get telehealth and then it takes a whole other place to get your Dr note its not put to together very well for the price we pay for insurance they need to do better
