Ratings and reviews

It's 4/4/26 and this has not changed. And the site has some real problems. What's the fix? So far it's zero stars because I, too, can't get past the settings issue. My developer options are not enabled and yet I can't get past the app crashing. I have NEVER encountered an app with this problem. Please stop telling people to disable developer options and fix this, it's clearly the #1 complaint.

While it's nice to have my information right on hand, it's frustrating how little my statuses are updated. a pre authorization is still showing "expedited" when showing it was submitted Feb. 3rd 2026 and expected completion Feb. 17th. as of writing this review on Mar 7th 2026, it still shows it's processing with that same expected completion date when in reality not only did I receive notice of my claim denied, but it's currently in an appeal status. the app doesn't reflect this at all.

Poor member experience, they don't issue cards showing all insured parties' names, they don't communicate, and app isn't intuitive. Update: Blue Cross Blue Shield is a crooked organization. They're in the interest of MONEY, not CARING.
