Ratings and reviews

It's 4/4/26 and this has not changed. And the site has some real problems. What's the fix? So far it's zero stars because I, too, can't get past the settings issue. My developer options are not enabled and yet I can't get past the app crashing. I have NEVER encountered an app with this problem. Please stop telling people to disable developer options and fix this, it's clearly the #1 complaint.

The app, like the insurance company, is completely useless. I'm stuck in an endless login verification code loop. I attempt to log in, they send a verification code, I end up back at the login screen. I log in, the send another verification code, I end up back at the login screen. It's nice to pay high premiums for this sort of junk.

If you're having trouble logging in, check your phone's accessibility settings—disabling a restriction mode resolved the issue for me right away. ​Once in, the app is fantastic. It’s well-designed and super easy to navigate. Having immediate access to my deductible, ID card, and claims on the main screen is incredibly convenient. Great job!
