The app "works", but I find the UI clunky and frustrating in some areas. I also get frequent "System Error (500)" messages despite nothing seemingly being wrong. Most importantly for why I'm giving it one star: it has pasted from my clipboard without me actively allowing it twice when opening the app (Android notifies you when an app accesses your clipboard!). Even if it's just a bug and it isn't using the clipboard data, that's still a massive privacy/security concern.

I got the blue Portable Label Maker P21 & I love it! It's very easy to set-up right out of the box. (TIP: when unlocking the top, u need to push the lock button TOWARDS where the labels come out). I use this label maker for @ home personal use and for my business. Very easy to just toss into my bag & go. It is not heavy & even has a strap so u can have it on as a wristlet. Only thing I would suggest is let me type out my own label.

DISGUSTED at the cost of fonts now. TRULY APPALLING. connecting to the printer just makes it disconnect & restart. nobody can help. then I have to uninstall and reinstall to OCCASIONALLY get it to work. have to reinstall fonts. UPDATE now just keeps disconnecting and reconnecting the printer and every time you try to make a label, it just disconnects the printer and restarts the app. I don't know what to do!!! I have TWO printers this controls and now they're useless. need this for my business!
