Zenni has been awesome 👌. They shipped within the timeframe indicated. I loved the try on features. Made me feel more comfortable ordering off line. They have so many pairs to look at. The prescription is easy to input and customer service really helped me out! The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is how cheaply my glasses feel. They arent sturdy feeling. Maybe the more expensive frames are more sturdy. Mine were definitely more economical, so that may have been the difference.

The app is self is fine but that UI is a nightmare. It's incredibly delayed and made a purchase that only should have taken 10 minutes nearly 30 minutes. That has to be fixed. Also their selection has dropped off. I remember a pair of glasses that I bought just a couple years ago was retired. That made no sense. Why would you retire frames? That made it incredibly difficult to find a pair of frames that I wanted.

Ordering is easy delivery takes a few weeks. Quality is good. Some plastic frames can be engraved, add your name, don't lose your glasses. You can buy a polarizing clip on for almost all the frames. Try on makes the glasses look a bigger in my opinion. Selection changes frequently so check back often. Single vision without anti reflective in standard lens can be bought for less than $10 plus about $5 shipping. I like changing my glasses, changing my look.
