I hate having to keep signing in to the app. I can't share the frames I've chosen with anyone to see what they think. I setup my prescription in my details, and then it asks me for the information again when I'm looking for frames, when I put the information that it's asking me for, it then says it's already on file?! When you're looking at the colours for the tint of the glass, and choose one it then shows the colour really fast! It switches too fast

zenni has Always been helpful when this technically challenged person was having difficulty placing an order. M prices seem competitive with the other places, offering them now. My only complaint is that the pictures of the frames are not actual photos. Recently I ordered a pair where they were described as blue and they appeared as blue in the picture but they were so dark when I received them that they are actually just a black frame. I didn't have the time to return. Needed immediately.

Prices for the frames are okay until you go to check out, and it's not an option to skip the "recommend" area, which adds additional cost. I also noticed when I went to pay for another pair of glasses with the same lens, the price went up about $20 and I have to pay for shipping. I also downloaded the app, to use the discount code, it did not work for what I was buying. What a waste! Will never buy from this site. Totally unsatisfied.
