Easiest, most stress free way to shop for glasses. I have been wearing glasses for years. I always buy them in store. I always feel like I'm getting ripped off, rushed, and limited to horrible choices. I love that I can try any pair on virtually, and there are so many pairs of frames and lenses to choose from! I will update when my first pair arrives.

Really terrible service. I guess you get what you pay for. I had a problem with a pair of glasses. Tried to chat with someone but no time estimate and 2 hours later someone answered but I was obviously gone by that point and the chat ended. I emailed. 12 hours later auto-responder answered asking for the same information I provided in the same email. I replied... 3 different times. That was 4 days ago. Tried to chat again. No response. I'll have to initiate a charge back with my credit card

If you happen to place your first order online, then download the app and sign up for the rewards, it doesn't automatically give you reward points from the order you just placed. You have to call in, cancel the order and then place it again in the app, an unnecessary hassle. Also you can't see the frames as sunglasses like you can on the website's "try on" feature. Great service and retailer but the app and rewards need work.
