About this app

Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) was created on August 16, 1985 (Bhadra 1, 2042) under the Nepal Electricity Authority Act. 1984, through the merger of the Department of Electricity of Ministry of Water Resources, Nepal Electricity Corporation and related Development Boards.

The primary objective of NEA is to generate, transmit and distribute adequate, reliable and affordable power by planning, constructing, operating and maintaining all generation, transmission and distribution facilities in Nepal's power system both interconnected and isolated.

With this NEA Customer App, customer would be able to manage their meters and billings.

Ratings and reviews

Photos larger than 2MB are not supported. Nowadays, most phones take high-resolution photos, so it's normal for photos to be larger than 2MB. While there's an option to select a photo from the gallery, your app doesn't have permission to access my gallery. Please add gallery access permission or support high-resolution photos in your app.

I suggest no one to set meter reading from this app. I set number for my meter and bill showed higher amount than it should. I had to call nea to fix the issue next day.And they passed the call from one person to another whole day. It took my entire day to fix the meter reading for the issue in their app.The app created more hastle than providing facility.

Very bad service. Each month adding 5 rupees on my bill as service charge. May I know it's for what? After getting bill nea staff uploading after 1 week on system and again adding fine that we didn't pay on time. And they changeeter s.c number but didn't notify to customer and I was looking to pay since one month. And finally today I pay with hiuge fine. I try to contact and write online complain but nea apps is not working well so I can not contact or write complane. This worsted online experie
