Control your Nest thermostat, arm and disarm your Nest Secure alarm system, see your home with Nest Cam and receive an alert if Nest Protect goes off – all in one place. And receive notifications on your Android phone or tablet.

Nest uses sensors, algorithms and the location of your phone to do the right thing automatically, turning off the heating and turning on the camera when you leave. Forgotten to set the alarm? It will notice, and send you a Remind me alert.

Ratings and reviews

It's alright. I would like the ability to schedule specific times for temperature sensor changing. Currently, you are only able to select "morning" or "afternoon" etc. which are predefined time blocks. Minus one star because of the constant advertising to try to get me to enroll in some energy program that would automatically change my thermostat, and for the annoying request for review.

I need to be able to set my own duration for the filter reminder. It is useless for people who change their filters monthly. The learn ability was all over the place. What gets me most is the constant pop ups offering me to sign up for a discount plan so they can control my temperature when there is strain on the power grid. Also, the Android TV app has not worked IN YEARS. It's a waste of people's time and it shouldn't exist. Also, more dehumidifier mode settings could be made available.

410/24 The sensor schedule randomly stops working. I have to go in and turn it off and back on. There are too many bugs. I wish there were more settings in the sensor schedule option like being able to select day of the week and time to use certain sensors throughout the house rather than just morning, midday, evening, and night everyday at preset times.
