Ratings and reviews

The app is great but the user experience is worse. My incident is with a gift card. When I was just checking the gift by inputting the code, this app just made the confirmed booking payment through the gift card. I contacted the support agent in minutes, but the support agent couldn't cancel the booking either. My suggestion is to just add a "confirm booking" button, and I couldn't even go to the movie.

​I’ve been using the PVR app for a while now, and it has completely changed how I plan my movie nights. The user interface is incredibly clean, fast, and intuitive. Finding a movie, choosing the right cinema, and selecting seats literally takes less than a minute. ​Here are a few things I absolutely love about it: ​Smooth Booking & Paperless Entry: Checking out is seamless with multiple payment options, and having the M-ticket directly on my phone means no waiting in long box-office lines. ​Food

Pathetic customer service and a misleading refund policy. I requested cancellation within 10 minutes of booking, but PVR refused because I used a gift card. The payment page only says "Gift Card will not be refunded on cancellation," which reasonably means the gift card balance won't be refunded—not that the booking itself becomes non-refundable. Support then told me to wait for someone else to buy my seats, or else go watch the movie. Completely illogical.
