Ratings and reviews

The app is great but the user experience is worse. My incident is with a gift card. When I was just checking the gift by inputting the code, this app just made the confirmed booking payment through the gift card. I contacted the support agent in minutes, but the support agent couldn't cancel the booking either. My suggestion is to just add a "confirm booking" button, and I couldn't even go to the movie.

Terrible interface and terrible support. i was checking if my coupon is still valid and it directly completed the ticket booking without any confirmation. i called customer care to get this resolved and they say NO, to anything i ask. why bother keeping a person just a keep a IVR which says no with any request . hope they had 0 rating option

Extremely rigid policies and useless customer support Booked tickets for Mirzapur on the PVR app and selected September 4th instead of September 5th by mistake. The app provides absolutely zero options to modify the show date or cancel the tickets, even days before the showtime. Almost all other ticketing platforms offer cancellation or rescheduling options with nominal deductions, but PVR's app offers no basic flexibility.
