Five years ago, Carl 'CJ' Johnson escaped the haze of Los Santos, San Andreas ... a city tearing itself apart with gang trouble, drugs, and corruption. Now, it's the early '90s. On his return to the neighborhood, a couple of cops frame him for homicide, forcing CJ on a journey that takes him across the entire state of San Andreas, to save his family and to take control of the streets in the next iteration of the series that changed everything.

I'm having fun replaying this again. There are some bugs here and there: sometimes streets don't load in time while going fast; mountains geometry disappears until getting extremely close; changing the aim mode in the options goes back to default by itself; crashing full frontal with your car sometimes just makes it spin like crazy, I don't remember that happening back on my PS2; sometimes dialogs just start to get skipped by themselves; draw distance for foliage and shrubs could be improved.

Could be a worse port. Frequent audio skipping so if you haven't played before you're probably not going to know what's going on since most of the talking during missions and phone calls skips. Also it needs an invulnerable cars cheat. Some smartass online listed the cheat to make your car blow up if touched as invulnerable car. That was a fun surprise. (TOUCHMYCARYOUDIE Does NOT work as most sites list it.) I use a gamepad, so I don't know about the touch screen controls.

👍🏻 I am play on a ZFlip 5, the game works great. Hardly any problems, my game will get overwhelmed and close out of the app, but it does autosave and I learned my lesson to constantly save a file after missions. 👎🏻 My only annoyance is that the flying mechanic is awful. I am currently on a mission where you have to learn to fly a plane, there is no stability so it's easy to overturn and crash to the ground. So you basically can't continue the game. Desperately needs an update.
