Up until 2 days ago, this was a 5 star game.. Then it suddenly stopped loading at 50%. I have uninstalled and reinstalled - no change. I sent an email to the support email. The response was to go to a link in order to troubleshoot. I went to the website, which was simply an FAQ page, but no way to contact anyone when all their "troubleshooting" had been done, with no result. Can someone please look into this and/or fix it?? I love this game!!

Bug preventing advancement! I'm at level 12 of Fiery Fist O Fritters, and the game is not tracking my "thumbs up" so I can advance past this level. The game is updated, I powered off and on, and it still won't work. I've reported the bug to technical services but was told there is no current fix. Update: I had to complete the level with no "buffs" active to get it to register my "thumbs up." However, the game still isn't registering progress correctly.

****UPDATE 3/3/26**** Went to see if the bugs have been fixed with the game not loading, now it says too many devices are logged in.......🤔🤦🏾‍♀️. Don't have multiple devices for Netflix or this game...... Game won't load. Once you hit play the game will start loading and get stuck at 50%. tried all troubleshooting steps... still doesn't work. Bummer because I really enjoyed playing this game.
