Ratings and reviews

Been a member for a long time, and like others have mentioned, it was nice to be rewarded for doing surveys and the like. But now the redemption isn't even worth it anymore. Like what happened to the actual useful stuff we could redeem for? Now it's gift cards and useless printables . Most of the time, the gift card is out of stock and when I talked to Customer service, they said "oh they go out all thetime, just be patient." Get out with that. Its been YEARS now.

The "Premium" gift section is gone, so there is no point to have the app tracking you. Most reward sections have so little and random useless stuff like " hey look a hamster toy". Or worst look, you can get a game, but they remove the Xbox and Nintendo, so get stuck with a PS4 option. Probably will redeem my last 1000 points and close the account.

Takes forever to earn points for something decent. I saved for ages to get a tablet and when it arrived it was the absolute worst quality, tall and narrow/short and superwide and the resolution was ridiculously poor, gave me a headache just setting it up. I asked to return it but it would have cost $20 to ship it back and there was a restocking fee on top of that. I wasn't going to pay to return a free item so I now have a large paperweight for all the time I put into the surveys.
