RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do NOT bother with this deceptive company. They are eager to help set you up with app and take your credit card # but setting up a consultation was nearly impossible. They kept hanging up on me for no reason. I cancelled my "membership" but they kept charging monthly fees even after I canceled via email and a person called to confirm days after. I later researched the number that called to confirm cancellation and it's connected to social security scams.

I do not recommend this app to anybody! On the outside it's a great idea and I'm sure it works well if you aren't being ripped off by the customer service. I attempted 2 months to cancel this during the trial period, I was told it was canceled and would not be charged and instead I was charged 2 months in a row. You literally have to jump through hoops to get it canceled by calling customer service that doesn't care and sends you a link that may or may not work. I'm out $60 and a lot of faith.

Not what it seems, I installed the app after signing up online for help with my healthcare and uti. Once I found out they weren't able to do anything as far as treatment or anything besides tell me to go to a doctor , not even where to go without insurance! I cancelled my trial and membership. Well a few weeks later. I was charged for a months membership! And on top of it, I only got a snarky email that they would not be reimbursing me despite not using their services at all since the first time
