RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do NOT bother with this deceptive company. They are eager to help set you up with app and take your credit card # but setting up a consultation was nearly impossible. They kept hanging up on me for no reason. I cancelled my "membership" but they kept charging monthly fees even after I canceled via email and a person called to confirm days after. I later researched the number that called to confirm cancellation and it's connected to social security scams.

They scam you with an initial trial period but won't tell you when it ends and give no indication in the app when it ends. Then they charge you automatically and will not refund. Per the terms in their agreement which are buried in small print. They are not upfront about their practices. Scummy.

Not what it seems, I installed the app after signing up online for help with my healthcare and uti. Once I found out they weren't able to do anything as far as treatment or anything besides tell me to go to a doctor , not even where to go without insurance! I cancelled my trial and membership. Well a few weeks later. I was charged for a months membership! And on top of it, I only got a snarky email that they would not be reimbursing me despite not using their services at all since the first time
