About this app

ClouDi is the mobile app for people with diabetes and their healthcare team. It allows you to easily record and view your glucose levels by connecting your glucometer to the clinical data platform.

WHAT CAN YOU DO WITH CLOUDI?

• Upload glucose readings from your glucometer via USB, Bluetooth, or by taking a screenshot.

• Compatible with meters such as the Abbott FreeStyle Precision Neo (Optium Neo) and other supported devices.

• View your data in graphs and history for better monitoring of your blood glucose control.

• Sync information with the health platform so your doctor or clinic has up-to-date access.

• Add notes and comments about your progress and share them with your caregivers.

• Manage your diabetes profile (type, diagnosis, personal information).

• Receive notifications when your healthcare team or clinic takes relevant actions.

• Access your medical history and options to share data with family members or authorized professionals.

Record your measurements without manual transcription. Connect the meter, check the latest reading, and upload it when you're ready. Ideal for those who want more organized tracking and to share information with their endocrinologist, nurse, or diabetes program.

REQUIREMENTS

• Internet connection to sync data.

• Android 6.0 or higher (for USB functions, depending on the device).

• Compatible glucometer for automatic uploading (see the list in the app).

• Camera permissions if using the photo reading option.
