Ratings and reviews

The app itself is terrible. As you can see from comments for the last 5 years. The ads break navigation, sport live score pages take forever to load or if there's a video in the article. The point is the app is terrible, the scary thing is clearly Media24 knows with all the reviews, but nothing gets done. Then they want a subscription and ads but those are the things breaking app functionality. everyone gets a we're looking into in response, how long do you need 4 years?

The news is still okay, sometimes. Often terrible spelling, poor writing and horribly misleading headings. But the performance off the app is plain poor. Right now the worst, and most expensive app on my Android phone. It lags, it freezes and it scrolls any which way it wants, but not the way it should.

Since the last update / upgrade, the APP is a pain to use (via APP on Phone). Many times I cannot read the article, it jumps to the headline all the time. The comments is a nightmare. And the list goes on. The testing was not done well before going live.
