Avoid any last minute hassle by getting yourself pre approved for cashless surgeries via the app and make the process seamless.

Ratings and reviews

The issue with the app is, that whenever you set the password and login the next time, it would say the password is incorrect. Then I click on "forgot password", it sends otp on the email, I reset the password, and then again it shows the same issue. I've by now attempted 5 times, it resets the password successfully, but is always unable to login stating incorrect user/Pw. Please fix as it is incredibly frustrating.

They go out of their way to ensure your claim gets rejected. The team is unprofessional and keeps redirecting you to the app, which itself contains misleading information. When you file a complaint, they overwhelm doctors with endless forms and actively look for reasons to deny the claim. Unfortunately, insurance in Pakistan often feels more like a fraud than a service.

The deal and discount option working dead slow. It took almost 2 minutes to load BOGO page. And once it is open then you cannot search anything due to the slowness. Please check this. Except for this the overall experience is good
