Laundry Label Helper is the memory between you and the care tags that fade, get cut off, or were never readable in the first place.

For each garment, save the item name, its wash temperature (cold, warm, or hot), the dry method (air dry, low, medium, or high heat), and a free-form note — "inside out", "no fabric softener", "shrinks easily". Next laundry day, the answer is a quick scroll away instead of a squint at a worn label.

WHEN IT EARNS ITS PLACE
- New clothes: record the tag once while it is still legible.
- Shared households: everyone doing laundry follows the same rules, so nobody hot-washes the merino sweater again.
- Delicates and technical fabrics: down jackets, sportswear, and wool each have one right answer — keep it written down.
- Cut-off tags: some labels itch and get removed; save the rules before the scissors come out.

SMALL BY DESIGN
The whole app is one saved-care list, newest entries first. No plans, no streaks, no pop-ups begging you to do laundry. It opens fast, you check a garment, and you get back to the machine.

NOTHING LEAVES YOUR PHONE
There is no account, no cloud backup you did not ask for, and no tracking of any kind. Entries are stored locally and the app is fully functional offline — in a basement laundry room with no signal, it works exactly the same. The app shows ads, whose providers may use an advertising ID, approximate location, and app activity; your garment entries themselves are never uploaded.

WHAT IT IS NOT
It does not photograph or auto-decode care symbols; you type what the tag says (or what experience taught you) in plain words. That honesty is why the app stays tiny, fast, and dependable.
