Ratings and reviews

While placing the Sell order, there should be an option for '' information" before processing it. Otherwise, if one touches the 'exit' button unknowingly/accidently, it immediately exits you from the trade. I've now suffered twice due to this and shifted to Kotak neo, which is charging ₹10/- brokerage and providing free trading tips also.

Very disappointing experience. The app is slow, constantly crashes, and the charts often fail to load properly. Order execution is unreliable and sometimes delayed, which is unacceptable for trading. Customer support is unresponsive and provides generic replies instead of solving issues. Too many bugs, hidden charges, and overall not trustworthy. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a smooth trading experience.

I’ve been using Groww for some time now, and it has really stood out as one of the best trading platforms. The app performs smoothly across segments, especially for option trading and scalping, which I use the most. The interface is simple, clean, and easy to navigate—something that makes a big difference when trading. It keeps things straightforward without compromising on important features.
