it often freezes when I go to awnset a call. otherwise it often hangs up in the middle of calls, sometimes I get the calls other times I don't, and If I leave to app screen to look at something to help a customer, I am unable to get back to the active calls screen and am left unable to hang up. it also freezes any time its connected via Bluetooth

the call quality is fine when it works and I like the purported capabilities but I wish the app functioned as intended. it used to never stop ringing; literally, even if I answered a call on my office phone, nextiva would continue ringing on my mobile. now, it doesn't ring at all. and yes I've checked settings/permissions. i sometimes have to force stop it after a call because the call will show as ongoing indefinitely. for some coworkers it works fine so I don't know. ymmv i guess.

BEWARE SAMSUNG USERS! We can't answer calls on our Samsung Galaxy phones. When a call comes in, we can see the screen notification, but the call immediately fails when we try to answer it. This has been an ongoing issue that they have fixed a few times, but comes back with every update. I've now had a service ticket open for weeks. They make promises that never come to fruition. Their techs are confused and have no idea what to do. We are losing business. Now looking for alternatives. AVOID!
