Ratings and reviews

Samsung phone, keypad vibrates phone on every push, but it has 1/4 second delay. Settings need option to disable vibration. After I make call, the phone goes into screen that appears to be for text messaging. I'm novice/new to Sideline, but no option located for what app should do after I place call. Another gripe is when I open app, there should be option to set the default area user wants to go to (in my case, the keypad). Im hoping these features are made available pronto

When receiving calls the phone won't ring so if you're not looking at the phone you won't know you have a call til later on when you go to use the app for a text or something you see you have a missed call notification on a particular contacts bar on your phone screen. (4/22/25) Update: I appreciate the attention to customer concerns. The correction has been made and no more missed calls! I also enjoy the new features available now.

I've been with Sideline since 2017 (nearly since when they were originally founded) & have benefitted tremendously from having two phone lines.... one for personal use, the other for my small business. I especially love that I don't have to give out my personal phone number for my business clients to use. I just issue them my "second line" number, which I've designated a special ring tone to help me quickly differentiate between the two lines. The calls are generally crisp & clear, too.
