I paid for a week of hints. It said you can cancel the subscription from the play store, but the play store doesn't show I have any subscriptions, and there's no way to cancel directly through NGL. I'm still being charged for the subscription. I emailed their help 8 days ago, and the automated reply said I'd hear back in 1-3 business days. Still no response. Apparently this is an issue with Android NGL.

I definitely had the same problem everybody else had I've had this app for a while it seemed really fun I decided to bite the bullet and pay the small amount to get the subscription. And lo and behold not only does the app not tell you who sent the messages which I think is direct false advertising, If your app only does two or three things, and then the feature that is advertised doesn't work is a scam and there's no way to fix it. Scamming everybody out of this little subscription cost 0/10

HORRIBLE. If you do any in-app purchases, they charge you weekly even if you cancel it, and their customer service is an automated message! I had to open a dispute with Paypal! Such a pain and not worth any of the hassle. Not to mention, the service they charged me for wasn't accurate about the location at all. Waste of time and money!
