Horrible app, have to log in every time with user name and password just to scan tickets, locks up frequently. I have to uninstall and re-install the app just to scan. I'm assuming they want you to "log in" to monitor who wins, rather than remaining anonymous. original app was 100 times easier to navigate and simpler. The only positive comment I can say is customer service is great, but really shouldn't need it for an app such as this.

Updated app is unusable. My phone and tablet are no longer compatible, but I had another android device to use. But I experienced what others have: when you attempt to log in, 2 factor authentication is now required but you never get the text or email. I tried to log in via the web site and got the same results - no text or email received. I sent an email to the support team, but I don't expect much. Until corrections are made, I will be avoiding this app.

I don't know if it was a coincidence or not but I kept trying and trying to put this app on my phone. I followed directions from the website and an hour later my phone was acting up so I turned it off and back on and it literally would not turn on! it got hotter and hotter and I went to Verizon to get a brand new phone. coincidence? I don't know but I want the old, safe app back! *edited to add i finally have it and scanner rarely works. That's all I use it for. so frustrating!
