Update: Had a battery failure but the app never gave a warning. Shows battery charging even at night time and I am using a solar panel for charging! Missing a big opportunity to be useful. The WiFi link device shows 'geeen' status but app loses connection to the gate. Power cycling the wifi link restores the connection. So it is not a problem outside of the app/wifi link. Tried different power level settings low, medium & high and that did not make a difference. Very disappointing product.

same issue as other reviews. The wifi worked fine using the mighty mule bridge device for many months. Now it will not connect. I have rebooted, deleted app, reinstalled, confirmed 2.4 frequency on my router, rebooted everything several times to no avail. Just keep getting the flashing lights that indicate the unit is connected to the router, but not the server. I have not changed any hardware i am using. It just stopped working. :(((

Mighty Mule-adding users is buggy, 3 of my 9 users were unable to get their valid verification codes accepted. Their email address are in limbo, as all attempts to re-send their invitations error out. Support was unable to resolve the issue, blaming it on a supposed 10-user limit on "residential" gates. I need at least 20. I haven’t been able to find any mention of a user limit anywhere, so either the support tech and his supervisor are mistaken or there really is such a ridiculously low limit.

Hi Tom. MightyMule products are designed for residential use only. Also, there was an issue that was limiting to 5 guest users, this was resolved about a week ago. I see you now have 6 guest users that have accepted their invitations. I was made aware of the issue you're experiencing adding further guests and we are looking into it.
