ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Create your account and profile, link NickWatches and manage your subscriptions and billing details.

FAMILY RING
Your family ring is made up of your children—the NickWatch users—and the adults who care for them. Add and remove members of your family ring, who can then communicate with your linked NickWatches and view their locations via the NickWatch App on their phones.

GPS LOCATOR
View your children’s locations in real time. Name commonly visited locations like school and home and be notified when your children enter or exit saved places. Adults in your family ring can also choose to share their real-time locations.

COMMUNICATION
Send and receive calls and messages between your phone and linked NickWatches. A unique poll message function makes family consensus easy. Track NickWatch battery life so you know when children are out of reach.

SOS ALERT
Receive emergency alerts from linked NickWatches. End the alert once the emergency has been attended to.

ROUTINE
Set alerts for daily routine activities. You can include as many or as few routine activities as you’d like, including a designated wind-down sequence at the end of the day. Activate quiet mode during school and bedtime so that games and other disruptive features are unavailable.

MEDIA
View and manage photos taken with linked NickWatches.

The watch is nice but it definitely has some bugs. Like when I'm done on a call with my daughter and I hang up first, it still shows on her watch that we are in a call even though im not there anymore. Like it shows as if I never hung up, my pics their, the red end call button is there, and the timer that says how long we have been on the phone together is still counting up.

Doesn't work. - The GPS is horrible. It fails to update and will simply get stuck on searching. The main reason we bought the watch. - The calls take extremely long to connect and sometimes don't connect at all. - The school mode is a complete joke. It literally does nothing. My child is able to play games, call, text, etc.. everything you can do in regular mode. - Silent mode is not silent. Apps appear to have their own volume in which no separate controls exist. DO NOT BUY! WASTE OF MONEY

We've been really patient with the devs but I'm convinced now that this watch and app are just broken. watch only lasts a few hours on a charge, app rarely connects, messages from our daughter come in hours after sending. The watch itself is great for games and widgets, but the connection and parent controls are useless. I have Mommy in there 3 times with no delete option, all three are administered with no edit ability to change that, and still when she connects it says No Permission to connect
