A good way to get a bit of extra money with the rewards from scanning groceries but the app is poorly designed, clunky and I'll thought through. They could and should make the process easier and quicker. If you do not submit any shopping in a week it starts spamming SMS messages asking if the user is having connection problems. it completely ignores that people might have holiday or not need to shop every week, it also ignores that once a month the app will crash when submitting the shop.

I installed the app etc ... tried to register etc and verify phone number or email , only to get a message saying that you have enough people matching the profile . Any professional consumer panel , would instruct an professional IT dept . to remove the app from the store . wasted my time and resources , has well has your for nothing . get real please .

Are you really kidding me? Have you ever tried to go through the registration process and then to scan the first receipt? Ok, I've spent 10 minutes on this. But it is not the end - you have to search your goods from the receipt in the list and input weight in gramm manually. It is insane! Absolutely zero usability. Nothing about a good user experience. Zero stars fit more than one.
