Their customer support is zero stars and their app doesn't function consistently. Simple requests for support get stupid responses. Useless.

I’ve used one CRM for 15 years however it was a little clunky when it came to sales and follow-ups – great for recruitment and invoicing but I always had a gap with my follow up calls. I’ve been using Nimble consistently now for nearly a year and my follow-ups are under control – I love the send and track feature and the main screen with my overdue calls highlighted keeps me on track. Definitely very happy with my investment and thank you to Ross Keating for the valuable input and support he's provided with getting things setup. I have also used their online help desk for support/questions/advice and found them to be very responsive and also highly accurate when it came to sorting out my questions.

Nimble is amazing! Best CRM on the market, and I have tried them all. This app is very laid out and actually functional unlike most other crm mobile apps. The only downside is it doesn't work offline, which is a huge downside in an instance such as right now where the whole Nimble online platform is down, I can't access my data. Please change this app so it is available offline like Zendesk Sell.
