‘FM PORTAL” works as a Complaint Management System which helps in resolving queries and concerns of Overseas Pakistanis and Foreign Nationals living abroad. The official serviceability and technology owner is National Information Technology Board (NITB). The application is officially developed, designed and managed by the National Information Technology Board (NITB), commissioned by the Ministry of Information technology & Telecom (MoITT).

I was able to register by entering all the required information, but app doesn't allow me to log in. Every time I try to login, it asks for the verification code. I selected the option for app to send me an email with the verification code, but the app didn't send out any email with the verification code. I have tried to re-register and took the steps over and over but I have not received any email at all. I'm very disappointed, sad and frustrated. God Bless Overseas Pakistanis!

I am unable to use this app as by mistake my email entered wrong alphabet and now there is no way to correct it as my passport number is linked with that wrong email address. If I try re-enter the information with correct email address, it says the passport number is already used. I am trying to find a contact to fix this error but I am unable to find any link or site which gives any clue to contact the concerned department for correction. There must be a login option by phone no. as well.

tried lodging suggestion while selecting Sydney, Canberra missions - but giving error " Admin user of this mission does not exist, please select some other mission from the list" - It gives bad impression of the application, would have been better if app was launched after proper testing and verification!
