About this app

Pakistan Citizen Portal is an integrated citizens grievance redressal system connecting all government organizations both at federal and provincial levels. The system will serve as carrier of complaints to their respective offices across all over Pakistan. Eventually, the citizen feedback will be linked to an officer’s performance and promotion. The App will serve as complementary channel between citizen and government.

Interface issues in the new update "The recent update of the Pakistan Citizen Portal has made the app very difficult to use. The entire application interface is not loading properly, and I am unable to view the full details of my complaints or applications. Important information is either hidden or cut off. Please fix these UI/UX bugs as soon as possible, as it's affecting the usability of this great platform."

while attaching image asking for giving camera and storage permission but i have already given all permissions from settings. i was able to attach a pdf file though so i have converted my images to a pdf file but this problem needs to be fixed

Very disappointed to see the removal of the Prophet's (PBUH) name and the Islamic greeting from the start screen. This change was unnecessary and hurts the sentiments of the users. Please restore it
