I have an account in Niyo Bharat but its card is lost. When I login, it asks for the lost 4 digits of the card and I am not able to login and I want to close my account. I am not able to find bank branch and any customer support number also.

This app was working fine before, but I am getting an error that says ‘Date of Birth not matching’ in the login page. I found that the months of 'March' or 'May' under the birthday option cannot be selected. Every other month can be selected, but my birthday month, 'MAY' cannot be selected and is left blank so I get the error 'date of birth not matching.' I am unable to login even after updating the app as suggested by customer support. Please help resolve this issue at the earliest.
