AI Company Tycoon is a business simulation of the AI industry, built on how the real one works. Every research item, dataset, hardware generation and product in the game is based on real technology, explained in plain language as you play.

Advance through six eras – from the Perceptron of the 1950s through deep learning, transformers and generative AI to frontier reasoning models. 76 technologies, each with a plain-language explanation of the real concept behind it.
📚 DATA BEFORE MODELS
Buy and curate datasets: web crawls, licensed books, code repositories, human preference data. Clean them, keep them fresh, mind the copyright. Models trained on poor data come out weak – exactly like in real life.
