ScanList is a fast, lightweight barcode and QR code scanner that helps you capture and organise scanned items exactly the way you want.

Whether you're cataloguing books, tracking products, managing inventory, or just keeping a record of anything with a barcode, ScanList makes it simple. Point your camera, scan, and every code is instantly added to your list — no tapping, no typing.

ORGANISE YOUR WAY
Create as many lists as you need and group them into folders. Pin your most-used lists to the top, sort by name or date, and archive lists you don't need right now without losing them.

SMART SCANNING
ScanList reads all major barcode formats including QR Code, EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-B, Code 128, Code 39, Data Matrix, PDF417, and more. Duplicate detection stops the same code being added twice, and regex filters let you control exactly which codes get accepted.

COMPACT OR DETAILED
Switch between a full card view and a compact list view depending on how much information you want to see at a glance.

BACKUP AND RESTORE
Export a complete backup of all your lists, folders, and items as a single file and restore it whenever you need. Your data is always yours.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Everything is stored locally on your device. ScanList has no accounts, no cloud sync, no analytics, and no ads. Your scanned data never leaves your phone.
