Really Poor support experience. Confluence Panel app is not working. It shows my device as connected, but it is not. After resetting my phone, I cannot log in app says I am already logged in. Device IDs: DDCBFPR61451 DDYEIQT09296 My points are not updating, and support has not responded even I sent multiple emails to them regarding my issue.. Need immediate fix...reset my device registration id immediately..

The service is absolutely abysmal. I encountered a specific issue (a "waitlist" problem); despite emailing them multiple times regarding this matter, I received absolutely no assistance, and my problem remains completely unresolved. Ideally, I would not want to give the application any stars at all in this review. I earnestly request the app's service team to improve the quality of their service and, in doing so, resolve the issues faced by both myself and others.

Even after installing and giving accessibility permission and all other permissions it still asks for permissions repeatedly within 12 hours of installation. For me it asks for accessibility permission and if vpn is turned off then I have uninstall and reinstall the app to turn it on again. The same goes for other permissions and the app doesn't open at all until it's uninstalled and reinstalled.
