The timecard portion needs a lot of work: 1. When selecting dates, it would help to pop up a calender instead of scrolling through numbers, or at least give us feedback on what day of the week each date is. 2. Please give us the option to type times in instead of scrolling. Having to spin a slider to "45" and "15" every single time entry is a pain. 3. PLEASE have a way to cancel out of saying you need an authorized signature. If you accidentally click "yes" there's no way to "undo" it.

The app is not user friendly. You cannot upload your actual resume. So facilities are basing their decisions on the restricted input you can enter. For the first time in 24 years I was told I didn't have enough experience. My resume and skills checklist are outstanding. Some people said they have used this app successfully. However every time I submit either something is missing that has already been uploaded or I'm not selected due to lack of experience. I have 24yrs of experience in all.
