Cool idea except you can only configure it with the app and the app crashes when you attempt to 1. register an account, 2. Log in, and 3. Click password reset. I suppose I'm being unfair, I can't guarantee you can't login but since you can only register on the app, see #1. For $150 accessory I would expect more.

Almost useless app, and Noritz support doesn't understand it. At installation, app does not tell you to turn off cell data on your phone or the wifi unit might not connect. Want to add the last flush date? You can't even though there is a field displaying that. Need to know the IP address or MAC address? Nowhere to be found in the app. In short, all this basically does is tell you the unit is on, if there is an error code, and allows for temperature change. A waste of money.

You need to incorporate control of the recirculation schedule as well as on/off control of the recirculation pump. Those are two very important functions missing. I bought the wireless unit mainly to control the recirc pump and disappointed it doesn't do that. Looking forward to the capability. The Noritz tankless heater is fabulous!
