Cool idea except you can only configure it with the app and the app crashes when you attempt to 1. register an account, 2. Log in, and 3. Click password reset. I suppose I'm being unfair, I can't guarantee you can't login but since you can only register on the app, see #1. For $150 accessory I would expect more.

I bought the $180 connect unit to be able to turn recirculation pump on/off, as it is SO loud at night. I am disappointed that this function is not included in the app. I am sure it is a very easy function for the developer to add. The customer service recommended to use the commercial controller RC-9018M to set recirculation schedule instead, not from the connect app. After their recent update, the app no longer works on my cell phone. It is keeping on crashing.

You need to incorporate control of the recirculation schedule as well as on/off control of the recirculation pump. Those are two very important functions missing. I bought the wireless unit mainly to control the recirc pump and disappointed it doesn't do that. Looking forward to the capability. The Noritz tankless heater is fabulous!
